		<description>Frozen hair happens all the time - although frozen solid within the 20 seconds it takes to get from the door to the car is a pretty good sign.  But I'd say the true sign is when it feels like your glasses have frozen to your face, and you have to start worrying about your eyeballs themselves freezing... that's mean cold.</description>
