Bar Done
Housemate has returned from Plainfield—tired and brain-fried, but home in one piece. As a friend of ours who passed the bar last year said, “heavy drinking and lots of sleeping makes everything better.” I have faith that this much is true.
The cats seem to have forgiven him, although a tuna bribe may be in order, as we’re both about to take off for a week.
At least there isn’t a quiz at the end of this trip.
